Itinerary

Mantis offers you stay of three nights and two days to have a splendid time at Ranthambore. The professional at Mantis takes care of your comfort and make your trip most memorable. Please talk to us for any specific need.

Day 1: Arrival and initial Evening Safari

Tour participators will gather at Sawai Madhopur railway station at noon. There our representative will help you in completing the process of check-in and he will introduce you to other your travel friends over lunch. Now it’s time to enjoy first exciting safari. We return in the evening and after light refreshment there will be interactive session where we will discuss about the trip ahead. Having spent almost half of the day in exploring and taking photographs, now it’s time to enjoy your dinner and spend the night with dreams of what lies ahead.

Day 2: Both Morning & Afternoon Safari and overnight stay at hotel/resorts

On the second day, we will leave for jungle Safari early in the morning and spend good amount of time in taking photographs. After having breakfast and lunch we will again leave for evening safari. After Dinner Mantis arranges for you an interactive session where we all spend gala time in the discussion our safari experiences. We make this day complete productive day.

Day 3: Jungle Safari and checkout

On Day 3, we finally take an adieu of Tigers at Ranthambore with a small safari session in the morning. This time is again a good time for you to capture some marvelous movers of wild animals. With all fun and frolic we take customary group photograph and check out after breakfast and disperse with many images to show and many a story to tell to our loved ones.

  • Fitness to complete the Tour is the only criterion for participation.
  • Mantis shall not be responsible for injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labour unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the travel partner’s control.

Documents Required

  • Each of the participants have to submit one copy of self attested id proof such as Voter Id, Pan Card, Aadhar details including a photographs. These will be required to book hotel/resorts, and to get entry permit from forest depart.

Inclusions

This expeditions trips packages covers the following:

  • Twin-sharing accommodation in comfortable, air-conditioned / air-cooled / non-air-conditioned rooms or tents depending on the destinations trips.
  • All veg meals included in the packages, breakfast, lunch, dinner and hot beverages (coffee and tea)
  • All safaris fees, entry fees, guide fee, still camera fees are included

Exclusions

  • Any type of fare and transfer expenses between your home and the destinations.
  • Any kind of personal expenses or optional tours, extra meals, drinks and beverages ordered.
  • Insurance, laundry and phone calls
  • Bottled water, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages
  • Video Camera: Some destination needs special permission to shoot videos. Avoid taking it unless you’ve permission from concerned deptt. or pay the requisite fees.
  • Anything that is not included in the inclusions list

Booking Terms

  • 25% to book the trips before 60 days of the trips.
  • Balance 75% need to pay before 30 days of the trip, failing to pay the balance within stipulated time booking will get automatically cancelled and no refund will be executed at any cost. The deposited amount will be adjusted against safari booking, hotel/resorts booking charges and other misc expenses for the expedition trips.

Cancellation Fees

  • 25% on or before 15 days of the trips if the fees paid fully in advance.
  • 50% on or before 30 days of the trips if paid fully at the time of booking.
  • 100% before 60 days of the trip.

Cancellation Procedures:

Please send us an email at supports@mantisphotoexpeditions.in referring the details of booking id, date of booking, mode of payments. After verification the refund will be initiated within 7 business days through NEFT transfer or will send you the cheque through a registered post. In case of NEFT transfer the credit would reflect in your account within as per the banks rules.

Q1: Will I get a chance to shoot some flocking birds at Ranthambore National Park?

While you choose your Travel package with Mantis you will be given a chance to go for Safaris and while you are on the way you may get a chance of viewing Deers, Tigers, Blue Bull, Sloth Bear, Spotted Deer, Monkey and other wild animals.

Q4: When is the best time I can visit Ranthambore National Park and when is the best time to see Tigers?

The cold months of this National Park are December, January and February and April, May and June remain dry and hot. July, August and September experiences monsoon and October and November are the pleasant and beautiful time to visit the National Park as the forest is soaked in the monsoon season. The best time to watch Tigers are during summers in the scorching heat.
